Kimberly Murray, Author

Kimberly Murray grew up in Windsor, Massachusetts, a small town in the Berkshires. In 1994 Kimberly graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.  Following her baptism in 1995, Kimberly began to write.  Consumed by what she believes to be her God given spiritual gift, she started writing and sharing Christian poetry within her Baptist Congregation. Eventually Kimberly began writing and sharing devotionals. After an unexpected layoff from her engineering position in the summer of 2008 Kimberly’s life took a turn as she began a new season as a care-giver. During her struggles and trials, as she watched her mother war with cancer, Kimberly wrote, pouring her experiences into her writing hoping to bring hope and encouragement to others who face similar trials.  Kimberly attends North Uxbridge Baptist Church in Uxbridge, MA.  Mrs. Murray currently lives in Massachusetts with her husband and daughter, their bulldog, Téa; their cat, Koosh; and 4 chickens.

Kimberly, i love your book. I am sure that it was a step in faith to write it, it is so personal, but so needed for people today. I met you a few weeks ago, i came to church with Crystal and you were doing the sound. She gave me the gift of your book, and it has been a blessing to me the last few weeks i have been reading it. Hope to see you soon. Melissa
